Before you start adding patients profiles, you are required to create patient groups to link your patients to the appropriate group.

Follow the below steps to create Patient Groups:
From the left menu bar, select Patient groups.
Select Add Patient Group.
Complete the required fields for your Patient Group.

Name: Name of your Patient Group Type: Select from Community OR Nursing Home Distribution: Select from Pickup OR Delivery. This will be assigned to all your patients assigned to this facility however you have the option to set it on a patient level. Code: Enter a code to identify this group within the app. Dispense Code: Patient Group Code used in dispensed to link this group to your dispense software. RACF ID: Residential Aged Care Facility ID - this is used if you service aged care facilities.
