  1. Name: Name of your Patient Group

  2. Type: Select from Community OR Nursing Home

  3. Distribution: Select from Pickup OR Delivery. This will be assigned to all your patients assigned to this facility however you have the option to set it on a patient level.

  4. Code: Enter a code to identify this group within the app.

  5. Dispense Code: Patient Group Code used in dispensed to link this group to your dispense software.

  6. RACF ID: Residential Aged Care Facility ID - this is used if you service aged care facilities.

Managing Patient Groups

📘 Instructions

  1. Select the Patient Group you wish to manage details.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Edit the desired fields.

  4. Select Save.

Changing the Group Status from Active → Inactive will mark all patients within this group as discharged and cease all their medications.

Ward Management

  1. Enter ward name into the field.

  2. Select Add.

  3. Ward will then be saved in the Ward List.

  4. Select the pencil icon to edit the name of the ward.

  5. Select Delete to delete the ward.
