  1. Select Reporting from the Left Hand Side Menu.

  2. Select PPA Claim Reports.

  3. Select IDAA tab to display patients that have the PPA Funding as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander set.

  4. All Patient Groups will be selected by default. Select the Patient Group filter if you wish to only include specific facilities in your report.

  5. Month will be set to previous month by default.

  6. Patients who meet the criteria for a successful claim will be auto selected.

  7. Patients who do not meet the criteria will be deselected with the Reason for Exclusion provided. If you wish to proceed, select these patients to include them in your report. The 2 reasons for exclusion are:

    1. Service supplied within 7 days of another

    2. No Medicare/DVA card number. Enter Medicare number then re-generate report to include these patients.

  8. Select Export → to convert your data into an excel format saved to your Downloads.

  9. Copy and paste the data from the excel sheet onto your PPA Portal for claiming.
