Once your packs have been checked and verified by the Pharmacist, they are then moved to the Distribution phase where they are ready to be collected or delivered.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Follow the below steps to mark your packs as picked up or delivered.

  1. Select Pack Management from Left Hand Side menu.

  2. Select Distribution tab.

  3. Use the following tools to narrow your search to select packs you wish to mark as picked up or delivered.

    1. Search: Enter patient’s name to search for a specific patient.

    2. Date Created: Packs created in the last 14 days can be viewed by default. Change to last 30 days or all packs to extend your view.

    3. Pack Start Date: Enter the start date of pack.

    4. Pack Type: Select from myPak Solid/Perf or myPak Trifold.

There are 2 options to mark your packs as Picked up or Delivered.

Option 1: Individual

Patient

  1. Select the pack row for the individual patient if you wish to do a final check of the pack before you mark the pack as picked up or delivered.

  2. Select Complete → enter an optional note comment then select Confirm.

  3. Alternatively, select the tick box beside the patient’s pack row then select Complete.

  4. Enter option optional comment then select Confirm.

Option 2: Group of Patients/Packs

  1. Select the pack rows for the a group of patients/packs to be marked as picked up or delivered then select Complete.

  2. Select Complete → enter Enter an optional note comment then select Confirm. This note will then be saved to all selected pack rowspacks.
