Before you start adding patients profiles, you are required to create patient groups to link your assign patients to the appropriate group.

Follow the steps below steps to create Patient Groups:

  1. From the left menu bar, select Patient

  1. in this group. However, you also have the option to set

it on a patient level

  2. Code: Enter a code to identify this group within the

app

  2. Dispense Code:

Patient Group Code used in dispensed
  1. A reference code (or facility code) given to the facility in your dispense software. This must be identical to link this group to your dispense software.

  2. RACF ID: Residential Aged Care Facility ID -

this is used if you service
  1. only applicable if servicing aged care facilities.
