2. Profile Update Alert
When there is a profile change done on a patient’s profile, an An alert will display in Pack Management to notify you of any profile updates that occurs between various stages of Pack Management.

In the Checking, an alert icon will display next to the job when a profile update has been identified between Packing and Checking stages. When you scan the pack barcode to proceed to, a pop-up alert will display and the affected drug highlighted in red.
In the Distribution, an alert icon will display next to the job when a profile update has been identified between Checking and Distribution stages. When you scan the pack barcode to proceed, a pop-up will display with an alert icon to notify you of the change. You can click on View Changes to view patient profile, where the affect drug will be highlighted in red.
