This area has been is designed to assist you when in generating script request reports to be sent send to your Doctor. It can be printed and saved as PDF. patients' doctors.

Follow the steps below steps on how to generate your script request report. :

1. Select Reporting from the Left Hand Side menu.

2. Select From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then Script Request Reports.

3. Use If necessary, use the following filters to include specific patients on report (Defaults to ALL) refine the list of patients and/or doctors whom you’d like to generate the report for:

   1. Patient Group

   2. DoctorDoctors

   3. PatientPatients

4. Select the amount number of weeks to forecast scripts required.

5. Scripts with current VPB Current Balance less than the required balance to pack selected forecast week/s will be auto selected. Select additional scripts for the selected number of weeks (in Step 3.) are automatically selected.

6. You can select additional criteria to be included on report, if applicable.

   1. Select the 3 dots

   for

   1. to display report options.

   Select the applicable option then

   1. Click the tick box next to the required option(s), and select Apply.

7. Select Print Request to generate Script Request Report.

8. Select the Click on Printer /Download icon to Print print,or Save/Download Download icon to download & save the report.
