Once a blister pack is created, you can then begin to add start adding drugs to your patient’s medication profile. If you are yet to create haven’t created a blister pack yet, click here for instructions.

  1. Select a patientfrom the patient list.

  2. Click on the blister pack you wish to add this drug to, and select Add Drug.

    Alternatively, while on All Medications tab, select click Add Drug. A pop-up box will display the available blister pack(s) available packs for you to choose from to add the drug to.

  3. Import Drug tab is selected by default. A list of drugs dispensed for this patient in your dispense software will display.

  4. Select a drug you wish to import. Use the search field, if required.

  5. Click Add to proceed.

  6. Complete the required fields.

  7. Select Add to save OR Add & New to add the next drug.

  1. Directions: If you have imported this drug from your dispense software, the directions will imported here. You can edit the direction as required.

  2. Dose: Enter the doses in the appropriate mealtime.

  3. Start Date: This date will be set to the date the drug is added by default. You can select a different date as required.

  4. End Date: Select the tick box if you wish to set an end date for this drug.

  5. Frequency: Daily is selected by default. You can choose a more suitable frequency from the drop-down box. For more details on non-daily frequencies, click here.

  6. Status: Assign drug as Packed, Non-Packed, Packed PRN and Non-Packed PRN accordingly.

  7. Admin: Oral is selected by default. You can choose a more suitable administration route from the drop-down box.

  8. Pack: You can choose another pack to add this drug to.

  9. Packing Notes: Enter notes to display on screen during Guided Fill Packing.

  10. Same As: Brands entered here can be selected to be displayed on the pack in Patient GroupPack Options.

  11. Pack Dose As: Standard is selected by default. You can select an appropriate category if you wish to flag your drugs to be packed separately under the selected category.

  12. Confirmation:

    1. Cancel - Cancel your action and exit screen. Your work will not be saved.

    2. Add & New - Save this drug and go to Import & Add New Drug screen to add the next drug.

    3. Add - Save this drug and return to Patient Medication Profile.
