Thanks to your feedback, we have updated the inactivity logout time frame. It’s now increased to a default of 30 minutes. You can also choose a different time frame that suits your needs in Pharmacy Settings.

Enlarged Pill Images for Easier Checking
Based on your feedback, we’ve enlarged the pill images on the checking screen in Pack Management. Simply click on the dose in the packing matrix to display the list of medications and their descriptions and image. This feature aims to provide you with a better visual aid for checking.

Spot incomplete profiles easily!
Ever create a pack for a patient and wonder why no packs were created? It might be due to incomplete patient profiles. Now, when you create packs for patients with incomplete profiles, those patients will be highlighted in yellow. This visual aid prompts you to review and complete the patient profile and doses.

We’ve added two new language options to our packs: Korean and Japanese. This feature is available for all out pack types, reflecting our commitment to cultural diversity and reducing the change of medication confusion. It’s designed for people who’s first language is not English, making our packs more inclusive and user-friendly.
