You are now ready to generate a report to export the data onto the PPA Portal for claiming.

Select PPA Portal Claim Template tab
Select the date range to be claimed
Select Search PPA Patients to display a list of PPA Eligible patients with their Medicare number and date of service within your selected date range
SelectInactive Patients highlighted in red if you wish to include inactive/deceased patients in your claim for this period
Select Export to Excel to convert the data into an excel format saved to your Documents
Copy and paste the data in the excel sheet onto your PPA Portal for claiming
