This is designed to assist you in generating script request reports to send to your patients' doctors.

Follow the steps below to generate script request report:
From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then Script Request Reports.
If necessary, use the following filters to refine the list of patients and/or doctors whom you’d like to generate the report for:
Patient Group
Doctors
Patients
Select the number of weeks to forecast scripts required.
Scripts with Current Balance less than the required balance to pack for the selected number of weeks (in Step 3.) are automatically selected.
You can select additional criteria to be included on report, if applicable.
Select the 3 dots to display report options. Click the tick box next to the required option(s), and select Apply.
Select Print Request to generate Script Request Report.
Click on Printer icon to print,or Download icon to download & save the report.
