Before you start adding patients profiles, you are required to create patient groups to link your assign patients to the appropriate group.

Follow the steps below steps to create Patient Groups:
From the left menu bar, select Patient
...
Group.
Select Add Patient Group.
Complete the required fields

, and click Save.

This Your selection will be assigned to all
your patients
assigned to this facility however you in this group. However, you also have the option to set
it on a patient levelthe distribution in each patient profile. Code: Enter a code to identify this group within the
appapplication. Dispense Code:
Patient Group Code used in dispensed A reference code (or facility code) given to the facility in your dispense software. This must be identical to link this group to your dispense software. RACF ID: Residential Aged Care Facility ID -
this is used if you service only applicable if servicing aged care facilities.

Managing Patient Groups
📘 Instructions
Click on the Patient Group you wish to update.
Select Edit.
Update the necessary fields, and click Save.

Changing the Group Status from Active → Inactive will mark all patients within this group as Discharged and all medications will be ceased. |
Ward Management
Once you have created a patient group, you can add Wards.
Click Add.
Enter ward name in field, and click Save.
Image AddedClick on the ward from the list to edit the name of ward.
To delete a ward, click on the red bin to delete the selected ward.
