Follow the steps below steps to generate and export a report for DAA patients.

From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then select PPA Claim Reports.

Select Export → to download your CSV to be submitted on PPA Portal. (Check your Downloads folder)
Click Excel to export your data to an excel format, ready for submission on the PPA Portal. This file will save in Downloads.
