Combination medications usually consist of 2 or more medications in the same box or medication entry. E.g. Rosuzet Composite Pack 10mg/10mg (Rosuvastatin 10mg tablet x 30 tablets and Ezetrol Ezetimibe 10mg x 30 tablets). It is recommended to enter each individual medication separately to the patient’s profile according to how each medication is being packed.

Enter the first drug Rosuzet Rosuvastatin 10mg manually into your profile.
Select

the patient from your Patient List.
Select the Blister you wish to add this drug to.
Select Add Drug. Then toggle from Import Drug → Add Drug to manually search for Rosuzet Rosuvastatin 10mg tab (MYPA411)
Select Add → to be directed to Add drug page, then complete the mandatory fields.
Select Add to save drug.
Enter the second drug Rosuzet

You will now need to manually enter the remaining balance into Rosuzet Ezetimibe 10mg Ezetimibe10mg (MYPA15).
Select Virtual Pill Balance.
Search Patient.
Select Rosuzet Ezetrol 10mg → Adjust balance icon ✏
Select Adjust type - Add → and enter the balance for Rosuzet Ezetrol 10mg i.e. 30.
Select Save.
