  2. Select Add Patient Group.

  3. Complete the required fields, and click Save.

Info
  1. Name: Name of Patient Group.

  2. Type: Choose from Community or Nursing home.

  3. Distribution: Choose from Pickup or Delivery. Your selection will be assigned to all patients in this group. However, you also have the option to set the distribution in each patient profile.

  4. Code: Enter a code to identify this group within the application.

  5. Dispense Code: A reference code (or facility code) given to the facility in your dispense software. This must be identical to link this group to your dispense software.

  6. RACF ID: Residential Aged Care Facility ID - only applicable if servicing aged care facilities.

Changing the Group Status from Active → Inactive will mark all patients within this group as Discharged and all medications will be ceased.

Ward Management

Once you have created a patient group, you can add Wards.

  1. Click Add.

  2. Enter ward name in field, and click AddSave.

  3. This ward will be saved to the Ward List on the right.

  5. Click on the ward from the list to edit the name of ward, click on the pencil icon next to the ward.

  6. To delete a ward, select the ward you wish to delete, and Delete.

    click on the red bin to delete the selected ward.
