Create patient profile manually, follow instructions here.
To add a pack, select [+] click
next to All Medications, and select click Add Blister Pack.You can add as many packs as necessary to the patient profile.
Complete the mandatory fields for the pack.
Click Save.

To edit pack details, click Edit Pack, and to delete a pack, click Delete Pack.
Limit for Number of Medications per Blister
There is a limit for the number of medications per blister pack that are assigned the same status E.g Packed, and category E.g. Standard. The maximum number of packed medications allowed per blister pack is 16.

Blister Pack Medication Limit
Each blister pack can have a maximum of 16 medications assigned to the same status (e.g., Packed) and category (e.g., Standard).
If you try to add a new medication to a blister pack that already contains more than 16 medications, a warning box will display for you will appear. You will have the option to:
Select another pack to add the medication to, if available.

Click Confirm to proceed.
