If you have created your patient manually, you’ll need to add blister packs to your profile before adding/importing drugs to your patient profile.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Follow the below steps on how to add a blister pack/s to your patient profile.

  1. Create patient manually.

  2. To begin adding drugs, select + to add a pack. Select + beside All Medications.

    1. You can add as many packs as required to your patient profile.

  3. Select Add Blister Pack.

  4. Complete the mandatory fields for your pack.

  5. Select Save.

  1. Label: Name of Blister Pack

  2. Type

    1. Consumables: Select from myPak Solid, myPak Perf and myPak Trifold

    2. Frequency: Select from Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly

    3. Dose: Multi - Dose

  3. Status: Active is set by default however you can change this pack to inactive by selecting from drop-down box.

  4. Blister Size: Set the size of blister required to pack this pack.

  5. Handled by Alpaca: Used for Automation - defaults to No.

  6. Alert: Add an internal alert message to this pack to be displayed in pack summary.

  7. Warning Label: Warning message will print on pack

  8. Comment: Add a comment to this pack to be displayed in pack summary.

  9. Headings: English is set by default however you can change the meal times or select a different language.

The above pack details can be viewed in the Pack Summary above the Patient’s Medication Profile.

Select Edit Pack to edit the pack details.
