Some drugs are not to be taken daily E.g. Methotrexate, and doctors may prescribe non-daily frequencies for certain drugs. There is a selection of non-daily frequencies available for you to choose from to accurately reflects doctor’s order.
This will print on foils, patient reports, and Guided-Fill Packing screen, accordingly.

  1. When adding a drug or editing an existing drug, select from the drop-down box under Frequency, a suitable frequency.

  • Alt Day: On alternating days.

    • Select the correct Start Date, where applicable.

  • Specific Days: Only to be taken on selected days.

    • Click the tick box on the days the drug is to be taken.

  • On-Off Day: Taken for a set period with a set break in between doses.

    • Enter the number of days patient is taking the drug, and the number of days of break.

    • Select the correct Start Date, where applicable.

  • Every 3rd Day

    • Select the correct Start Date, where applicable.

  • Monthly: On the same date each month.

    • Select the correct Start Date, where applicable.

  • Every X Days

    • Enter the requested interval.

  • Fortnightly: On the same day every 2 weeks

  • Every 28 days: On the same day every 4 weeks
