Here you can create jobs for multiple Patient Groups ready to print.

We recommend creating jobs that share the same:

  1. Pack Frequency: Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly

  2. Start Date

  3. Number of weeks to pack: 1 - 4 weeks.

Follow the steps below on how to create packs.

  1. From the left menu bar, select Pack Creator.

  2. All patients are displayed by default. Use the filters Patient Groups, Pack Frequencies and Wards to assist with patient selection.

    1. Note: Suspended Patients do not display by default. If you would like to view and include these patients in your selection, tick 🔲 Include Suspended Patients on the bottom of the left panel.

  1. Select patient(s) by clicking on the tick box next to their name.

    1. Select > arrow to move selected patients to the right panel.

  2. Alternatively, double click on the patient’s name to move them to the right panel.

  3. Select >> arrow to move all patients from the left selection panel to the right panel.

  4. To move remove patients from right selection panel, double click on patient’s name, or

    1. Alternatively, click on the tick box next to their name and select < arrow.

    2. Select << arrow to remove all patients from right selection panel.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select Pack Start Date by clicking in the field to select a date from the calendar.

  7. Select number of weeks of packs to create for.

  8. Select Print Category, if applicable. Standard is selected by default.

  9. Select specific Dose Time to print, if applicable.

  10. Click Create Pack.

Created packs are then queued in Pack Management in Printing tab, ready for printing. Click here for further information.
