Contacts Tab

This tab allows you to manage patient contact details, next of kin and doctor’s details.

1. Address, Suburb, Postcode, State: Prefilled when importing Patient’s details from dispense software. Alternatively, they can be added and edited manually

2. Manually enter in Country, Phone and Carer Name

3. Doctor Name: Prefilled if doctor was set in dispense prior to patient import. Alternatively, select from the drop-down box to select a different doctor. You can also enter a new doctor’s name which will be saved for future use. See Doctors for more information

4. Secondary/Third/Fourth Doctor Name: Manually select for remaining doctors (Optional Prescribers for NRMC Charts: used for NRMC charting system)

Open
