NRMC Scripts
Please note QScript with NRMC is only available with MINFOS Dispense
You will now be able to queue your NRMC scripts to MINFOS using QScript. QScript is usually driven on repeats however we have added a new function to allow you to queue NRMC scripts to be dispensed in MINFOS.
Instructions
Complete Steps 1-4 for all Patients and NRMC scripts you wish to queue to MINFOS using QScript.
Select Patient Profile that will be used to dispense using NRMC Charts.
Select Drug that will be used to dispense using NRMC Charts.
This can be marked for both Packed and Unpacked items.
Select tick box NRMC Scripts.
Select Save.
NRMC tick box will only appear if your myPak software is connected to Minfos Dispense. Please contact our Software Support team you cannot see this option.
QScript
Select Virtual Pill Balance from left menu.
Select QScript Tab.
Select your facility you wish to queue your scripts.
Select Weeks to forecast then select your filter options e.g. Balance Less Tablets per Cycle.
Select Search.
Results will appear listing all script that are required to dispense in order to pack for the amount of forecasted weeks.
The column NRMC Script will indicate either TRUE or FALSE.
True: QScript has been selected in patient’s drug profile.
False: QScript has NOT been selected in patient’s drug profile.
Refer to steps 1-4 above to tick NRMC Script box in patient drug profile.
Select QScript to queue your scripts with Minfos Dispense.
Dispense your queue in Minfos Dispense.
Once completed, update your balance using Dispense Tracker.
