Patient Contacts Tab

Patient contact details, next of kin and Doctor’s details are managed within this tab.

Features:

Address, Suburb, Postcode, State are auto populated when importing Patient’s details from your dispense software. Alternatively, they can be added and edited manually.
Manually enter in Country, Phone and Carer Name.
Doctor Name is also auto populated when importing Patient’s details from your dispense software however only if a preferred Doctor has been assigned to patient’s dispense profile. Alternatively, select from the drop-down box to select a different Doctor. You can also enter a new Doctor’s name which will be saved for future use. See Doctors for more information.
Optional Prescribers for NRMC Charts are used for our NRMC charting system.
