Updater Program:

The Updater will automatically run in the background every time you open the myPak software. It will automatically download any drug data and updates to drug images when available from the myPak Solutions server.

The drug updates are generally available and downloaded at the start of every month. To ensure your myPak software has run the latest drug update, following the following steps:

Instructions

  1. Select the myPak updater icon by ticking the arrow to expand all your hidden icons from your taskbar

  2. Every time you open the updater, it will check to make sure the software and drug data are up to date

  3. Monthly Drug Status will display the current version of the drug data

  4. Select Check Update to update your software, drug data and monthly drug images to the latest update
