Pharmacy Setting

To change settings in your Pharmacy account.

Instructions

1. Click on your Pharmacy Name on the top right corner.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Pharmacy Setting, and click Edit.

4. You can update the following settings:

   1. Virtual Pill Balance, Display VPB in Checking Phase (Pack Management), Dispense Tracker: This allows you to show or hide the features in the Menu Bar.

   2. Max Days to Check Script: This will update the default number of days to import dispensed prescriptions from your Dispense Software when importing new patients into myPak NG.

   3. Pack Management Stages: This allows you to hide stages in Pack Management, if not required.

   4. Log out due to inactivity (Mins): This allows you to set the number of minutes of inactivity before you are logged out of myPak NG.

   5. Collapse Menu Bar

5. Click Save.
