New Features

The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below.

Patient Profile

1. Do not crush labels on packs

Click on Patient Groups → Pack options to turn on the do not crush label feature.

This feature is available for myPak Solid, Perforated and Trifold

2. Authorised Drugs label when importing drug

When you import drugs from dispense into your patient’s profile, you’ll now see the authorised drugs label.

Authorised Drug labels are used for Automation packing

3. 30 Day Dispensing flag on Script Request

You can now add a flag to patients who wish the pharmacy to continue dispensing their scripts every 30 days. Ticking this flag will also display a reminder on the script request for Doctors to supply a 30 day supply script opposed to 60 days.

Pack Management

1. Displaying authorised drugs labels on packing screen

When packing automation packs manually, you’ll be able to see the authorised drugs labels on your packing screen to ease location your drugs.

Authorised Drug labels are for Automation packing.

2. Improved user interface when assigning barcodes to new drugs

Previously when assigning barcodes to drugs during packing, a full list of drugs is being displayed including drugs that have been packed. We have improved this feature to only display outstanding drugs to pack to assign barcodes.

Bugs:

  1. Additional scan after assigning barcode now removed.

  2. QScript: Weeks forecast drop down can now be collapsed after a favourite option has been applied.

  3. Expiry dates set by user will now display on packs.

  4. Pack type filter in Pack Management now improved.
