The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below.
Patient Management
1. Improved Notes Feature!
We’ve enhanced the notes feature to make it easier to use and navigate. Enjoy a smoother experience!
Notes can be added to be displayed in the following areas:
Patient List
Reports
Distribution
None - displayed in notes area only.
2. Faster Drug Data Entry!
After selecting a drug to add, the cursor will automatically move to the directions field. This speeds up your process by minimising unnecessary clicks.
Patient Group
1. Customisable Pack Types!
When importing a new patient from your dispense system, the pack type defaults to myPak Solid. Now, with our new feature, you can set the default pack type for each patient group while retaining the flexibility to choose different pack types for individual patients.
Pack Management
1. Enhanced Pack Deletion Management!
We’ve improved how you handle deleted packs. You now have the option to reverse the VPB when deleting a pack or skip the reverse process. Plus, you have full visibility of deleted packs at various stages in Pack Management and reports.
Click Skip if you wish to NOT reverse VPB.
Click Delete to reverse VPB.
2. Enhanced Profile Change Alerts are now available in the Packing Phase!
Safe medication management is our top priority. To further reduce packing and checking errors, we’ve extended our alerts system. Alerts that were previously shown in the Checking and Distribution phases when a profile change was detected are now also displayed in the Packing phase. This allows Packing Technicians to address pack changes before they reach the Pharmacist, ensuring greater accuracy and safety.
3. Streamlined Packing Process!
We’ve increased the capacity for scanning and packing within the same batch from 4 weeks to up to 8 weeks. This extensions allows you to pack more efficiently and accuracy, boosting your productivity.
Drugs
Enhanced Drug Card Images
Based on your feedback, we’ve added a scaling image tool for when you upload pill images to the drug card. This allows for better image adjustments and clarity.
Issues Resolved:
Patient Group Filter in Dispense Tracker is now functional.
Missing mealtimes missing in Checking grid has now been resolved, ensuring better accuracy when checking.
Drugs imported from Dispense Works was duplicating the drug name in the description field. This has been resolved.
Checked packs scanned in Checking will now say “Packs has been checked”.
Incorrect username displayed in patient medication history has now been resolved.
Skip drugs in batch packs is now functional.
Deleting a correction pack will now reverse VPB.
Duplicated radio buttons in Pack Options now been resolved.
