There will be occasions when you are required to map or link drugs from your Dispense Software to the existing drugs listed your patient’s profile. Once the drug is mapped, it will apply to all patients on this drug. Next time the drug is being dispensed, it will appear in your Mapped Scripts tab, ready to be imported into your patient’s pill balance.
It is highly recommended to check for any unmapped drugs once you have completed importing all the scripts from the Mapped Scripts tab. The drugs will then be mapped and the QTY will then be imported into your patient’s pill balance.

Follow the below steps once you have imported your scripts from your Dispense Software in Dispense Tracker Mapped Scriptstab.
Select Dispense Tracker from the Left Hand Side menu.
Select Unmapped Scripts tab.
Select date range covering the period of dispensed scripts.
Select Apply to display scripts.
Select a patient to view their unmapped scripts by using the Patient Group and Patient filter.
Scripts that require mapping for your selected patients will be displayed.
Select scripts to be mapped and imported by selecting the row.
On Profile Drug column, select Select Drug to map this existing drug in patient’s medication profile.
Select the applicable medication profile drug to be mapped to the drug dispensed.
Selecting tick box Show Ceased Profile Drugs will display ceased drugs highlighted in red.
Select OK to assign this drug to be mapped.
Drug is now assigned to be mapped.
Adjust the script QTY if required.
Repeat steps 7 to 10 for every drug that requires mapping for the selected patients.
Select Import Selected Scripts to import the QTY to the patient’s pill balance.
