Once your packs have been printed, your jobs will then move forward to the next Packing phase ready to be packed.

Follow the below steps on how to pack your jobs.
Select Pack Management from the Left Hand Menu.
Select Packing tab.
Use the following tools to narrow your search to select packs to commence packing.
Search: Enter patient’s name to search for a specific patient.
Date Created: Packs created in the last 14 days can be viewed by default. Change to last 30 days or all packs to extend your view.
Pack Start Date: Enter the start date of pack.
Pack Type: Select from myPak Solid/Perf or myPak Trifold.
Select the specific pack by selecting the row or select multiple packs to commence packing. See below on how to pack multiple weeks.
Scan the first drug on the profile to be packed. Correct scanned drug will be highlighted in yellow.
Proceed to pack the drug into the blister following the visual guide matrix displayed on the left.
Once you have completed packing, scan the drug once again to confirm it has been packed. Drug will now be highlighted in green.
Continue steps 5-7 until you have completed packing the whole profile.
Once completed, select Complete Pack to subtract the QTY packed from the patient’s Virtual Pill Balance.

Packing Multiple Weeks

Follow the below steps on how to pack multiple weeks at the same time. The packs must belong to the same patient and printed together in the same print run. E.g. 4 weeks.
Select the rows for the same patient with multiple weeks.
Select Pack to begin packing.
All the selected pack rows must have the same Date Created with advance 7 days of Pack Start Date on each row.
If you have selected packs that does not belong in the same print run, the pack button will remain inactive and you will not be able to proceed packing.
