Follow the below steps to enter allergy records for your patient.

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screen.

  2. Select Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select Add Allergy to enter the drug or other and reaction/type.

  4. Select Save.

No Known Allergy Option

If you have verify with your patient that they have No Known Allergy, select the 'No known allergy' tick box.

Once this tick box is selected, ‘Add Allergy’ button is disabled and ‘No known allergy’ will print on the patient’s packs and patient reports.

This option is required for NRMC Charts.

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screen.

  2. Select Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select the relevant considerations to be applied to your patient’s NRMC.

  4. Select Save.
