Patient Management

Here, you will find a list of all your patients and key information, including Distribution, and Packing statuses.

Patient Groups: All Patient Groups are displayed by default, however you can search and select specific groups to view patients.
Patients: All Patients are displayed by default, however you can search and select specific patients to view.
Selected Status: Active and Newly Imported has been selected. You can select the other status to view required patients.
Status legend:
1. Active: Green
2. Suspended: Orange
3. Newly Imported: Yellow
4. Inactive: Red
Patient’s Photo: is displayed as an avatar. Click here for further information on how to upload a patient photo.
Distribution Status: Pickup or Delivery.
PPA Status: Click here for further information on how to set PPA status.
Add New Patient:
1. Import From Dispense - import all your patient’s details and dispensed scripts in the last specified timeframe.
2. Create Manually - add a patient by manually entering all patients details and drugs.
