Virtual Pill Balance (VPB) is a feature to assist you with managing pill balances for patients' packed medications.

Let’s go through some of the features on the VPB page.
By default, Active Packed medication balances for all patients in all Patient Groups will display. You can use the filters to narrow your search.

Patient Status filter: Active, Inactive and Suspended.
Drug Status filter: Packed, Packed PRN and Ceased/Deleted.
Dispense Forecast: Generate Dispense Forecast Report of scripts requiring dispensing for upcoming pack cycle.
Adjust Balance: Select the pencil icon to update balance. You can enter a reason for the update. This will display in the Logs under Note for future reference.
Last Dispense Import: Date of the last script import from your Dispense Software via Dispense Tracker.
Log: A record of transactions of all activities related to the selected drug’s balance.
