Instructions
Follow the steps below on how to add Documents:
Select a Patient from the Patient list.
Select Document tab.
Click Add Document.
Enter a name for the document you are attaching.
Click Upload file then search and select the file you would like to attach.
Click Add to save your document. You will now see a list of documents uploaded for this patient.
To remove the document, simply click on icon.
To view the attached document, click on the entry, then select Download file or Change file.
