There Occasionally, you will be occasions when you are required to map or link drugs from your Dispense Software to the existing drugs listed your patient’s profile. Once the drug mapping is mappedcompleted, it will apply be applied to all patients on this patient profiles with the same drug. We highly recommend that you check for unmapped drugs once you have completed importing all the scripts from the Mapped Scripts prescriptions in Mapped tab. Follow the below steps once you have imported your scripts from your Dispense Software steps below to check and link unmapped drugs, following prescriptions import in Dispense Tracker - Mapped Scriptstab.

From the left menu bar, select Dispense Tracker.
Select Unmapped Scriptstab.
Select date range covering the period of dispensed scriptsprescriptions.
Select Apply to display scriptsprescriptions.
Select
a patient to To view their unmapped scripts by using the unmapped prescriptions, select a Patient Group and Patient filterin the relevant filters.
Scripts Prescriptions that require mapping for your the selected patients will be displayed.
Select scripts to be mapped and imported by selecting the row.
On patient will display in the area below.
To map a prescription, click and highlight the drug.
Under Profile Drug column, select Select Drug to map this existing drug in click on Select Drug. This will display a list of drugs in the patient’s medication profile.
Select the applicable medication profile drug to be mapped to the drug dispensed.
Selecting tick box Show Ceased Profile Drugs will display ceased drugsa drug on the list, one that is equivalent to the dispensed drug that you’d like to map to.
By selecting the tick box ‘Show Ceased Profile Drugs’, ceased drugs will display on the list, highlighted in red.
Select OK Click Save to assign this drug to be mappedfor mapping.
Drug is now assigned, ready to be mapped.
Adjust the script QTY if required, if necessary, by selection on the pencil icon.
Repeat steps 7 to 10 for every drug that requires mapping for the selected patients .
Select Import Selected Scripts to import the QTY to the patient’s pill balance.
Ensure the drug is selected.
