Record your patient’s allergy records This section is for you to record any allergies or No Known Allergies for your patients, and considerations required for NRMC in this tab.

Allergies

Follow the steps below steps to enter record an allergy records for your patient. :

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screenthe patient the Patient List.

  2. Select Click on Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select Add Allergy to ,and enter details of the drug (or other) and reaction/type.

  4. Select Click Save.

No Known Allergy

  • If you have

...

  • verified with your patient that they have No Known Allergy, select the 'No known allergy' tick box.

  • Once this tick box is selected, ‘Add Allergy’ button is disabled and ‘No known allergy’ will print on the patient’s packs and patient reports.

Considerations

This option is required for NRMC Charts.

Follow the steps below steps to select considerations for NRMC for your patient. :

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screenthe patient from Patient List.

  2. Select Click on Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select the relevant considerations to be applied to your patient’s NRMC.

  4. Select Click Save.
