This section is for you to record any allergies or No Known Allergies for your patients, and considerations required for NRMC.

  1. Select the patient from the Patient List.

  2. Click on the Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Click on Add Allergy.

  4. Enter details of the drug (or other) and Reaction/Type.

  5. Click Save.

  6. To remove the Allergy, simply click on the Red Bin icon.

No Known Allergy

If you have 've confirmed with your patient that they have no known allergies, simply select the ‘No 'No Known Allergy’ Allergy' checkbox. Once selected, the ‘Add Allergy’ button will be disabled, and ‘No Known Allergy’ will be printed on the patient’s packs and reports.

Allergy displayed via quick access bar

When a known allergy has been is added, the allergy it will be displayed on the quick access bar for easy visibility.
