Record your patient’s allergy records This section is for you to record any allergies or No Known Allergies for your patients, and considerations required for NRMC in this tab.

Allergies

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Follow the steps below steps to enter record an allergy records for your patient. :

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screen. Select the patient from the Patient List.

  2. Click on the Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select Click on Add Allergy to enter .

  4. Enter details of the drug (or other) and reactionReaction/typeType.

  5. Select SaveClick Save.

  6. To remove the Allergy, simply click on the Red Bin icon.

No Known Allergy

If you have verify 've confirmed with your patient that they have No Known Allergy, no known allergies, simply select the 'No known allergy' tick box. Once this tick box is selected, Known Allergy' checkbox. Once selected, the ‘Add Allergy’ button is will be disabled, and ‘No known allergy’ will print Known Allergy’ will be printed on the patient’s packs and patient reports.

Deselect the ‘No Known Allergy’ checkbox to add Allergy.

Allergy displayed via quick access bar

When a known allergy is added, it will be displayed on the quick access bar for easy visibility.

Considerations

This option is required for NRMC Charts.

Follow the steps below steps to select considerations for NRMC for your patient. :

  1. Select Patient from your patient list screenthe patient from Patient List.

  2. Select Click on Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select the relevant considerations to be applied to your patient’s NRMC.

  4. Select Click Save.
