Patient reports are generated based on patient data. Reports can be generated for a group of patients or individual patient.

Follow the steps below steps to generate Patient Reports.

Select Reporting from the Left Hand Menu.

Select Patient Reports.

From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then Patient Reports.
Patients in all Patient Groups will display by default. You can narrow your search by using the Patient Groups filter to display the relevant patients on the left selection panelwithin the selected group.
Select patient(s) by clicking on the tick box beside Patient/sthat you wish to generate Patient Reports fornext to their name.
Select > arrow to
move selected
patients
to the
right panel.
Alternatively, double click on the patient’s name to move them to the right panel.
Select >> arrow to send the entire group move all patients from the left selection panel to the right panel.
To move remove patients from right selection panel, double click on patient’s name, or
Alternatively, click on the tick box next to their name and select < arrow.
Select << arrow to remove all patients from right selection panel.
Click Next.

To mark a report as Favourite, select the Star icon next to the report. Your most frequently used reports will display on top of the list.
Enter a date range, where applicable.
Select Drug Status to include on report, if applicable.
