Patient Reports

Patient reports are generated based on patient data. Reports can be generated for a group of patients or individual patient.

 Instructions

Follow the steps below to generate Patient Reports:

  1. From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then Patient Reports.

  2. Patients in all Patient Groups will display by default. You can narrow your search by using the Patient Groups filter to display patients within the selected group.

  3. Select patient(s) by clicking on the tick box next to their name.

    1. Select > arrow to move selected patients to the right panel.

  4. Alternatively, double click on the patient’s name to move them to the right panel.

  5. Select >> arrow to move all patients from the left selection panel to the right panel.

  6. To move remove patients from right selection panel, double click on patient’s name, or

    1. Alternatively, click on the tick box next to their name and select < arrow.

    2. Select << arrow to remove all patients from right selection panel.

  7. Click Next.

  1. Select a report from list.

  2. To mark a report as Favourite, select the Star icon next to the report. Your most frequently used reports will display on top of the list.

  3. Enter a date range, where applicable.

  4. Select Drug Status to include on report, if applicable. All drug statuses are selected by default.

  5. Select Print to generate print preview.

  6. Click on Printer icon to print, or Download icon to download & save the report.
