From the left menu bar, select Patients.
Select Click Add New Patient.
Select Import From Dispense.
Enter Patient’s patient’s name in the Search field to narrow down your search.
Import new drugs is selected by default. This will add any drugs dispensed in the last selected number of days. You can change the number of days you wish to import the last dispense scripts.
Select the Patient/patient(s) you wish to import from your dispense systemsoftware.
Select the Patient Group from the drop down to assign your patient to this group.
Select Click Import Patients.

Select Click Add New Patient.
Select Create Manually.
Enter the patient’s details in the relevant fields.
Select Click Save.
Your patient profile has now been created and can be accessed from the main patient list screen.
