  1. From the left menu bar, select Patients.

  2. Click Add New Patient.

  3. Select Import From Dispense.

  4. Enter patient’s name in the Search field to narrow down your search.

  5. Import new drugs is selected by default. This will add any drugs dispensed in the last selected number of days. You can change the number of days you wish to import the last dispense scripts.

  6. Select the patient(s) you wish to import from your dispense software.

  7. Select the Patient Group from the drop down to assign your patient to.

  8. Click Import Patients.

  3. Select Create Manually.

  4. Enter the patient’s details in the relevant fields.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Your patient profile has now been created and can be accessed from the main patient list screen.
