You can manage the pack options for each pack type within the same Patient Group.

Follow the below steps to manage your pack options.
From the left menu bar, select Patient Groups.
Select the patient group from the list.
Select Pack Options tab.
Select Edit to select the appropriate pack options according to the consumables used.
Select Save.
The settings will be applied to all patients assigned to this Patient Group.
