Let’s go through some of the features on this page that will assist you with managing your patient’s VPB.
When you navigate to the VPB page, it is set by default to display the Active Packed balance for all your patients from all patient groups. Use the filters to narrow your search.

Patient Status filter: Active, Inactive and Suspended
Drug Status: Packed, Packed PRN and Ceased/Deleted
Dispense Forecast: Generate a dispense forecast report to determine scripts that require dispensing to complete next cycle’s packing.
Adjust Balance: Select the pencil icon to update the balance.
Last Dispense Import: Date of the last time a script for this drug was imported via Dispense Tracker.
Log: A transaction list recording every activity that has occurred to this drug’s balance.
