Let’s go through some of the features on this page that will assist you with managing your patient’s VPB.
By default, Active Packed balance for all patients in all Patient Groups will display. You can use the filters to narrow your search.
Patient Group
Patient
Patient Status: Active, Inactive and Suspended.
Drug Status: Packed, Packed PRN and Ceased/Deleted.
Dispense Forecast: Generate Dispense Forecast Report of scripts requiring dispensing for upcoming pack cycle.
Adjust Balance: Select the pencil icon to update balance. You can enter a reason for the update. This will display in the Logs under Note for future reference.
Last Dispense Import: Date of the last script import from your Dispense Software via Dispense Tracker.
Log: A record of transactions of all activities related to the selected drug’s balance.
