New Features
The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below:
New look for Dashboard
1. Display activities for the day, week or month on the Schedule
2. Add, Edit and Delete Task, Reminder or Note on the Schedule
This allows you to create a task, reminder or note to display on the Schedule. Additional functions are available, such as Repeat for reoccurring entries, colour coding, and marking entry as ‘Done’ on completion.
QScript
This feature is used to send all required prescriptions to your dispense software to be queued for dispensing.
Two reports will generate once QScript is sent: QScript Report lists prescriptions with repeats (ii) QScript Report: Items not queued lists prescriptions with no repeats.
This function is currently only available with Z Dispense and Minfos.
Patient Profiles
1. No Known Allergy option in Allergies
A new tick box has been added to the Allergies section to allow you to confirm that a patient has No Known Allergy.
Once this tick box is selected, ‘No known allergy’ will print on the patient’s packs and patient reports.
2. Increase of maximum number of medications allowed per Blister Pack to 16.
We have increased the maximum number of packed medications per blister pack to 16 (this was previously set to 14). When a new medication is added to a blister pack with > 16 medications, a warning dialogue will pop up. You will be prompted to either select another pack to add the medication to or create a new blister pack.
Pack Management
A new feature has been added to allow you to scan pack barcodes in Pack Management. This will allow you to select packs within the same batch for Packing or Distribution, and view the status of each pack from the same batch.
This function is available in Packing, Distribution and All Open Jobs sections only.
Reports
1. New feature to mark your favourite Reports
By selecting the star icon next to the report, your most frequently used reports will display on top of the list.
2. My Mini Profile
This card folds up to fit inside a wallet, giving patients quick access to important medical information and their latest medication profile. This information is handy GP and specialist appointments, and especially during emergency situations.
3. Patient Medication Profile NEW
We have made improvements to the current Patient Medication Profile to include dosing times of each medication.
Other:
Non-Daily Medication Schedule prints on Packs
Medications with non-daily dosing frequency will display on the pack with days of consumption printed.
This feature is only applicable to myPak Perf and myPak Solid.
We value your feedback and are always looking to improve the software.
