Release Notes 7.5

New Features

The 7.5 release brings improvements, and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below:

Trifold Packs

1. Signing Charts on myPak Trifold Labels

We have now added an option to print signing charts at the bottom of Trifold labels. Turn this function on in your Foil Options.

Medication Profile

1. Extended characters to fit full drug names with drug code in Patient Profile.

We have extended the limit of characters for drugs with long names - displaying in full along with the drug code.

Dispense works Integration

1. Drug Mapping

We have made improvements to the existing drug mapping with Dispense Works. A drug mapping file of 8400 drugs have been added to our database as the first preference of mapping between Dispense Works and myPak drugs.

Printing Blister Pack Foils and Labels for Sachet patients.

1. Blister Headers

We have added a new option called Blister Headers which can be located in each Sachet foil within patient’s profile. This will give you the ability to choose whether to print the sachet foil 24-hour timeslots or enter your own timeslot.

Resolved Issues:

  1. Drug card: When importing user entered drugs from dispense with directions into patient’s profile, the directions would be saved in drug card which will then be applied to all profiles. This has now been resolved where drug directions and indications will no longer be saved in drug card.

  2. Minfos Dispense:

    1. Patients with blank medicare expiry date in Minfos dispense will now be imported.

    2. Importing drugs with directions from Minfos dispense into patient profile will no longer save the directions to drug card affecting all profiles.

  3. Fred Classic Dispense: Patient names in Import Patients will no longer be duplicated.

  4. Drug in Blister foil and sachet foil: Drugs can now be moved between blister and sachet foils.

  5. Drugs set as Scheduled 8 to be packed separately will no longer revert back to Standard when editing a drug.
