This page lists all your patient’s and their current packing status.

  1. Patient Groups: All Patient Groups are displayed by default however you can search and select specific facilities to view patients.

  2. Patients: All Patients are displayed by default however you can search and select specific patients to view.

  3. Selected Status: Most commonly used statuses such as Active and Newly Imported has been selected. You can select the other status to view required patients.

  4. Status legend:

    1. Active: Green

    2. Suspended: Orange

    3. Newly Imported: Yellow

    4. Inactive: Red

  5. Patient’s Photo: is displayed as an avatar. Click here for further information on how to upload a patient photo.

  6. Distribution Status: Pickup or Delivery.

  7. PPA Status: Click here for further information on how to set PPA status.

  8. Add New Patient:

    1. Import From Dispense - import all your patient’s details and dispensed scripts in the last specified timeframe.

    2. Create Manually - add a patient by manually entering all patients details and drugs.
