You can add notes to be displayed in the Distribution Phase. This can be a a message to remind you e.g. Get patient’s eye drops in Use this feature to set reminders, such as “Get patient’s eye drop from the back fridge when handing pack out the pack”.

Select Patient from your Patient List screen.
Click Notes tab.
Click Add Note.
Select the area for the note to be displayed. In this case, Distribution.
Enter your note in the text box.
Click Distribution.
Click Add.

Add to save your note.
There can only be one entry. To edit, simply click on the entry and modify the text field.
To delete the note, simply click on 
beside the applicable note.

Notes displayed in Distribution
Click Pack Management from left hand side menu.
Click on Distribution Phase.
Scan barcode of pack.
Note will display in green text under patient name.
Alternatively, select the pack row for the individual patient if you wish to do a final check of the pack before you mark the pack marking it as picked up or delivered.
Note will be displayed right of screen.
Select Click Complete → enter an optional comment then select click Confirm.
