Patient reports are designed to be generated based on data on a patient levelpatient data. Reports can be generated for a group of patients or individual patient.

Follow the steps below steps to generate Patient Reports.

Select Reporting from the Left Hand Menu.

From the left menu bar, select Reporting, and then Patient Reports.
Patients in all Patient Groups will display by default. You can narrow your search by using the Patient Groups filter to display

Select patient(s) by clicking on the tick box

Select << arrow to remove all patients from right selection panel.
Click Next.

To mark a report as Favourite, select the Star icon next to the report. Your most frequently used reports will display on top of the list.
Enter a date range, where applicable.
Select Drug Status to include on report, if applicable.
