Patient reports are designed to be generated based on data on a patient level.
\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions
Follow the below steps to generate Patient Reports.
Select Reporting from the Left Hand Menu.
Select Patient Reports.
Use the Patient Groups filter to display the relevant patients on the left selection panel.
Select tick box beside Patient/s that you wish to generate Patient Reports for.
Select > arrow to send selected individual patients from the left selection panel to right panel.
Select >> arrow to send the entire group from the left selection panel to the right panel.
Select Next.
Select relevant Report from list
Select Date Range if applicable.
Select Drug Status to include on report if applicable. (All statuses are selected by default)
Select Print → print preview will be displayed.
Select Printer icon or download icon on print preview to print or download/save Patient Report.
