Before using this function, patients who are eligible to claim PPA must have 1 out of 5 conditional criteria selected and Medicare number or DVA number saved in patient details.
If you have set your facility as Community/Self-care Patient, all patients have criteria PPA Various pre-selected. If the facility has been set as Nursing Home/Hostel then all patients will have criteria Not Eligible pre-selected.
